Cookie Dough Lotus Mousse Cake

add:3/4 cup butter; 3/4 cup brown sugar;1/4 cup sugar,2 tsp milk,1 tsp vanilla.mix till incorporated

add 1.5 cup sifted flour. Using an electric blender, blend it all till it becomes crumb-like

Add in 1 cup chocolate chips. Mix it up.

Grease & line springform pan. Spread out cookie dough. Chill an hour

add: 100 grams finely chopped chocolate. Add in 3/4 cup hot cream. Mix it up till well incorporated

Now add in 100 grams melted Lotus Biscoff Spread. Mix it all. Keep aside

take 2 & 1/4 cup cold cream; 2 tbsp icing sugar & 1 tsp vanilla. Whisk till stiff peaks form

Add in choc mixture. Use a spatula and fold in till well incorporated

Pour over cookie dough. Chill a minimum of 4-5 hours.

add 300 grams finely chopped choc. Add 2 cups hot cream. Whisk till mixed in well

Add in 150 grams melted Lotus Biscoff Spread. Mix it all up.

Pour over chilled cake. Chill another 30 mins to an hour before serving
