7 Core Exercises You Can Do Anywhere!
Sprinkle these core exercises as supersets in your normal workout, or some at the end for a finisher. Do them all in succession for a full core day!
Toe taps - 3 rounds of 10 taps each toe. Rest 30 seconds in between rounds

Mountain climber - 3 rounds of 40s on, 20s rest

Bird dog (hover your knees if you can. If not, drop them to the ground) - 3 rounds of 10 raises each side. 30 seconds rest in between

Toe taps - 3 rounds of 40s on, 20s rest

Dead bug - 3 rounds of 10 lowers each side. 30 seconds rest between rounds

Boat hold - 3 rounds of 30 seconds hold, 30 seconds rest

Heel touches - 3 rounds of 15 touches each side. 30 seconds rest in between
