Cut the kernels off the cob

Follow the directions of the tempura batter mix

Add corn to the tempura and mix

Add 1 tbsp Lane’s Brisket Rub

Heat oil in cast iron skillet to 350 degrees. Scoop 1/2 cup corn mixture into oil

Fry both sides until golden brown. About 2-3 minutes per side.

Pull and lay on paper towel. Season with Lane’s Brisket Rub

Crumble Queso Fresco over top and Cilantro

Squeeze lemon over top and add Lane’s Sorta White BBQ Sauce
