Corn Fritters with Bacon & Cheddar Cheese

What you'll need
1 1/2 cups (or 1 15-ounce can drained and patted dry)
4 slices, cooked and crumbled
Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2, lightly beaten
All Purpose Flour
Prepare your ingredients before you begin.
Mix the corn, bacon, cheddar cheese, flour, eggs, salt & pepper together in a medium bowl.
Add oil to cover the bottom of a skillet on medium. Spoon about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan.
Fry 2-3 minutes. Flip and fry 2-3 minutes more. Remove to a paper towel-lined plate to cool.
Serve with sour cream, your favorite dip, or a drizzle of honey. Enjoy!
