Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix together dry ingredients. 2/3 cup flour + 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal

1/4 cup sugar + 1 tbsp baking powder w/ 1/2 tsp salt. Mix & set aside.

Mix together wet ingredients. 1 can creamed corn + 1 can whole kernel corn + 2 large eggs beaten.

1 stick melted butter. Stir to mix in. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Stir to combine.

Pour into a pregreased deep dish pie plate.

Bake @ 350 degrees F for 35 min. Or until toothpick in the center comes out clean.

Once done, remove from the oven. It’s now ready to serve!
