Corned Beef Hash 12”Cast Iron
Gather your ingredients and pre-heat the oven to 350°F. Garlic and Herb Rub is a must 😉

Heat the cast iron over medium heat for 5-6min. Use the Scoop Loop to remove seeds/veins from pepper

Chop the onion and pepper in the Manual Food Processor.

No tears were shed in the process of chopping this onion. 😂

Add 1 tbsp of oil to the skillet. Add the onion & peppers, and cook for 4 minutes.

Add 3 tbsp of oil, then add frozen potatoes, 1 tbsp Garlic & Herb Rub and 1/2 tsp salt.

Spread the potatoes into an even layer and cook undisturbed for 8-10 minutes.

Chop 1.5 cups of corned beef, about 8 oz.

Stir in the corned beef and cook undisturbed for an additional 6-8 minutes.

Turn off heat. Crack 4 eggs over the hash. More eggs if you’d like 😋

Bake until the eggs are just set, about 10-12 minutes.
