Cornmeal Crusted Peach Tart

For the crust: 1/3 c flour~3TB sugar~2 TB cornmeal~pinch salt & 2 TB cold butter

Mix with pastry blender, until crumbly~add 1 TB ice water~mix with fork to form into a ball.

Knead a few times on floured pastry mat & form into a ball.

Sprinkle corn meal on pastry mat & roll from center to edges into a 10 inch circle.

Combine 3 TB peach jam with 1 TB flour , microwave 30 seconds & stir. Pit & halve 2 small peaches.

Add sliced peaches to the jam mixture & stir.

Place crust in skillet. Spoon filling on & fold edges of dough, brush with milk & sprinkle of sugar

Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes!Thanks for watching!
