Season with salt, black pepper, oregano, cumin, chili powder, paprika.

Add 1 tbsp of tomato paste.

1 cup of tomato puree or crushed. Keep stirring for a few minutes.

Add 2 cups of precooked or can black beans. Cover with broth or water.Add a few bay leaves.

Cover and let it simmer for 1 1/2 hour low heat.
