Finely mince 1.5 tsp of fresh parsley and 2 green onions.

Add 2 tbsp of mayo.

Add 1 tsp of Old Bay Seasoning.

Add 1 large egg white.

Add 2 tbsp of panko breadcrumbs and process until combined.

Fold in the crab meat.

Gently combine and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.

Fill a biscuit cutter or food ring with two medium scoops of mixture, top with panko, and firmly pack.

Cook for 1-2 minutes and carefully remove the ring.

Cook for another minute and flip.

Cook for 2-3 minutes and place crab cakes to a baking sheet. Bake 5 mins in a 400 degree oven.

Serve with lemon wedges or aioli.
