Crab Wontons & Crab, Spinach & Artichoke Dip πŸ˜‹
Wonton wrappers, 4 oz. fresh crab, cream cheese, green onion, worcestershire sauce, PC garlic & herb seasoning, s&p, 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
Use small scoop to fill wonton wrapper with crab mixture.
Use large sheet pan, line with parchment paper, spay with oil, wet wrap around all edges, pinch together to form pocket like photo above.
Makes 18-20 wontons.
Using remaing crab meat, make Crab, Spinach, Artichoke dip.
Crab meat, spinach, artichoke, mayo, sour cream, red onion, chives, cream cheese, s&p, texas pete, sprinkle of PC garlic & herb, & old bay.
Mix all together then put in Emameled cast iron. Going in the oven 425 until brown & bubbly.
The finished product! Delish!
