Cranberry Almond Granola For The Holidays

Place 2 cups of plain, rolled oats in a large bowl

Add 1 cup of sliced almonds, and 1 cup of nuts and seeds (here, sunflower seeds and pistachios)

Add 1/4 cup of brown sugar

Add 1 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 tsp of ground cloves

Add a sprinkle of salt

Add 1/4 cup of light tasting oil (here, it’s avocado) and 2 tbsp of warm maple syrup

Stir to thoroughly combine

Pour onto a lined sheet pan...

...and spread in an even layer. Then cook in a 350F oven for 20-25 mins (stirring after 15 mins)

It’s ready when it’s golden and crisp

To finish, add 1 cup of dried cranberries
