Cranberry Apple Streusel Pie

Peel & cube apples

Heat apples, sugar, orange zest, orange juice, corn starch & lemon juice until almost tender

Cook until apples are soft. Allow mixture to cool completely on a lined baking sheet

Combine flour, sugar & cold butter for the topping. Fill thawed pie shell & top with crumble

Bake for 40 minutes or until fruit is bubbly and topping is golden

Allow pie to cool completely before serving
