Cranberry Camembert Bread Bowl
Place cheese round on top of bread.

Use the cheese to gauge your slice, slicing about 3/4” larger than the cheese.

Remove sliced top (reserve to enjoy later).

Replace the cheese to use as a size guide.

Slice about 1/2” wider than the cheese and as deep as the cheese.

Remove the bread in the centre.

Spoon cranberry sauce in cavity.

Sprinkle with thyme leaves.

Place cheese round on top.

Slice a hash pattern in top.

Top with thyme sprigs.

Wrap in foil and bake in 400F. oven for 15 minutes.

Remove from oven. Fold back foil.

Cut slices every 2” around the outside.

Return to oven uncovered for 5-10 minutes until toasted and melty.
