Cranberry Orange Bread
Mix 2c flour, 3/4c sugar, 1 1/2t baking powder, 3/4t salt, and 1/2t baking soda
1/4c butter in small pieces. Using Quick Slice
Add butter to dry mix and combine
3/4c orange juice, 1T orange zest, and one egg
Combine OJ, zest, and one egg
Dice up 1c cranberries in manual food processor
Fold in cranberries into mix
Add to stone loaf pan and bake at 350 for 60-75 minutes
