Let’s Bake! Preheat your oven to 350°
What you’ll need!
Spritz loaf pan or muffin tin wells with oil

In a larger bowl, mix together 1 1/2 cups flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt. Set aside

In a small bowl, mix together 4 tbs each sweetener & brown sugar blend, the zest and juice of 2 small oranges, 1/2 cup water, 1 tsp vanilla, and 1 egg

Slowly stir the wet ingredients in to the dry ingredients being careful not to over mix

Stir in 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries (if frozen coat in a little flour before adding) then stir in 2 tbs melted butter

Using large scoop, add mixture to 12 wells or pour in to prepared loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 14-18 minutes for muffins or 40-45 minutes for loaf

When a toothpick comes out clean, move to a cooling rack for 2 minutes, then remove from pan to continue cooling.
