Cranberry Pumpkin Spice Muffins
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line pans with cupcake papers.

Beat eggs and sugar. Add pumpkin puree.

Add oil and water, and beat.

Add baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, cloves, and salt, then mix.

Add flour and stir just until mostly mixed.

Add cranberries and mix again. Use a spatula to do a last mix to ensure it's homogenous.

Scoop batter into muffin tins, filling most of the way full.

Bake at 350 degrees for 27-30 minutes. Let cool fully on a wire rack.
