Cranberry Walnut Bread

Add flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon to a large bowl. Mix well.

Gently whisk together milk, orange juice, egg, oil and orange zest.

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until combined.

Fold in coarsely chopped fresh cranberries and chopped walnuts.

Pour into two greased 8x4 inch loaf pans. Top with walnuts.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and transfer to wire rack. Cool completely before slicing.
