Cream Of Tomato Soup
What you'll need
1/2 Kg
Tomatoes
1/4 cup
Onion
1/2 cup
Carrot
3-4
Garlic
1
Bay Leaf
2 cups
Water
1/4 each
Salt, Black Pepper, White Pepper and Red Pepper
Pinch
Black Salt
Pinch
Sugar (Powdered)
1/2 tsp
Vinegar
1/4 cup
Tomato Ketup
Cornflour
Gather all the ingredients

Add tomatoes, onion, garlic cloves, bay leaf, carrots (diced) and some water

When its boiled , remove bay leaf

Now put it in a beaker to make its puree

Strain the puree and discard the remaining seeds

Now add the puree into a pot along with salt, black pepper, red pepper, sugar and black salt

Add tomato ketup and vinegar. Mix well

Bring it to boil and add cornflour to it and cook further for 2-3 mins

Put some cream on the delicious soup. Serve hot.
