Creamy Cauliflower Soup
3 Medium Potatoes
Salt
3 Large Cloves Of Garlic
1 Large Leek
3 Medium Potatoes

2 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp Butter
1 Cauliflower Head
Pepper
Chili Flakes
500ml Water
1 Soup Or Stock Cube
1/4 Cup Milk
Herbs Of Choice, To Garnish
Roughly chop the ingredients

Sautee the garlic in some oil + butter in a pressure cooker pan. Add the leeks

Add the cauliflower and potato. Sautee until they soften and gain a little bit of colour.

Add water + stock cube, pressure cook for 15-20 minutes or until all the veggies are soft.

Once cooked, blend until smooth and creamy. Add more water to adjust the consistency if needed.

Put it back on the heat and add 1 tbsp butter and milk (or use 1-2 tbsp cream). Bring to a boil.

Add some garnishes and you're ready to serve!
