1.) Heat oil in Rockcrock Every Day Pan for 5 minutes. While oil heats up season chicken with paprika and 2/2 tsp of salt.

Add seasoned chicken to the Rockcrock, cook until lightly brown 2-3 min each side. (Will not be fully cooked). Remove chickn from Rockcrock set aside.

Meanwhile, finely chop shallot and garlic in the Manual Food Processor. Add to the Rockcrock with remaining oil. Cook until transparent, 1-2 min

Add broth, cream cheese and remaining salt. Cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly to melt the cheese, remove from heat.

Nestle the chicken into the sauce. Top with the asparagus and lemon slices.

Microwave, covered, until chicken temperature reaches 165 degrees. 8-10 minutes. Stir sauce to combine mixture. Serve over rice if you would like.
