Creamy Chicken & Asparagus

Add 1 tbsp oil and heat for 5 mins

Add 1 tsp paprika and 1/2 tsp Seasoning Salt

Add Chicken Breasts to heating Rockcrok

Cook till lightly browned 2-3 mins per side

Use Large Chef Tong’s to Flip

Remove Chicken from Rockcrok

Chop 1 shallot in the Manual Food Processor and press 2 garlic gloves with the Garlic Press

Chop it Up!!

Add oil to Rockcrok and Shallot and Garlic. Cook till Translucent.

Use the Smooth Edge Can Opener to Open Canned Chicken Broth

Add 1/2 cup broth and 8 oz block of cream cheese softened to the Rockcrok

Add 1/4 tsp Seasoning Salt. Stir continuously till Cream Cheese is melted.

Nestle Chicken in the Sauce, add asparagus and lemon slices

Lid on and put in the Microwave for 8-10 mins or until Chicken reaches 165

Use Microwave Grip Set to pull from the microwave

Use the Instant Read Thermometer to make sure it cooked to 165
