Creamy Fennel Gratin
Remove large fronds from fennel and slice

Place it all in a 3-qt baking dish

Sprinkle with chili flakes, salt & pepper, rosemary, garlic, and cheese

Pour over heavy cream and toss gently to combine

Place butter over the fennel and roast covered with foil for 1 hr

Remove and add cheese/bread crumb mixture to top of it

Finish baking uncovered

Until golden and bubbling
