Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts

Salt
1/4 teaspoon
Pepper
2 tablespoons, divided
Butter
8 cloves, sliced thin (or minced)
Garlic
1/2 cup
Chicken Bone Broth (or Stock)
1 cup
Heavy Cream
1 tablespoon
Fresh Parsley
Prepare your ingredients before you begin. Garlic can be thinly sliced or minced.

Heat 1 T butter in a skillet. Season chicken. Add to pan. Cook 4-6 min per side & not pink in center

Remove chicken and tent with foil. Add 1 T butter and garlic to the pan. Cook 30-60 seconds.

Add chicken broth and simmer to reduce by half. Add cream and cook to thicken, about 3-5 minutes.

Add chicken back to the pan and coat with the sauce.

Garnish with parsley, if desired.
