Creamy Kale Salmon Spaghetti
What you'll need
Olive Oil
Butter
Salmon
Shallot
Garlic
Heavy Cream
Kale
Parmesan
Spaghetti
White Wine
Olive oil+ butter. Add salmon cubes into the pan.

Cook for a few minutes each side. Season with salt and black pepper.

Remove from the pan. Set aside!

Add chopped shallot and minced garlic. Sauté for a few minutes.

Deglaze with white wine.

Add heavy cream. Season with salt and black pepper. Let the sauce reduce!

Add lemon zest and lemon juice.

Add chopped kale.

Bring back salmon into the pan.

Add boiled spaghetti. Combine gently!

Serve with more lemon zest and parmesan cheese! Enjoy!
