Creamy Lemon Butter Sauce πŸ‹
In a skillet over medium heat, melt 4 Tbsp butter and 1 Tbsp minced garlic

Cook garlic for about 2-3 minutes, then squeeze juice from 1 lemon

Cook for about 2-3 minutes and add 1 cup white wine or chicken broth, stirring well

Simmer down for about 2-3 minutes, then add in 2 Tbsp butter and season with salt and pepper

Slowly stir in 1/4 cup heavy cream, and mix well
