Creamy Lemon Chicken with Cauliflower

Rice the cauliflower and set aside.
Melt butter in a skillet & add chicken, salt & pepper. Cook 3-5 min, flip, cook until done through.
Remove chicken to plate. Tent w/ foil. Add stock, garlic, thyme, & cauliflower. Cook until tender.
Remove skillet from heat. Stir in cream & lemon. Add chicken to pan. Garnish with thyme & lemon.

Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (cut thin)
Chicken Bone Broth (or Stock)
4 cloves, minced
4 cups (larger rice)
