Creamy Mushroom Pasta
Wash and chop your mushrooms

Spread them out and allow to dry completely. *Dry mushrooms = less water they will release*

Add chicken breasts seasoned with salt, pepper, and oregano to a pan on high heat

Flip and cook until browned on the other side. Then turn the heat to med/low until cooked through.

Remove the chicken and add mushrooms. Cook until water is evaporated.

Add chopped onion & garlic, S&P, oregano, and cinnamon.

Add some flour to thicken, white wine and some pasta water to create a sauce

Add in the heavy cream and fresh parsley

Once sauce has thickened, add in your pasta and mix well. Let sit on low for about 5-7 min.

Top with chicken, Parmesan cheese, and fresh basil!
