Creamy Pork Chop Suey
Brown 1 pound ground pork with a diced onion, garlic, pepper and ginger

Add 3/4 cup rice and toast.

Add 10.5 ounce can cream of mushroom soup, fill the can with milk and add that too. Stir in a drained can of bean sprouts and 1/4 cup soy sauce.

Cook until bubbly, then reduce heat and cover. Simmer until rice is tender, about 20 minutes.

Stir and serve!
