Creamy Potatoes & Chicken Pie
Start with boiling the potatoes until softened

Depends on the size and the kind of your potatoes make sure it completely softened

Remove the boiled water then add the butter , salt, turmeric , black pepper and parsley then smash

Use a cooked boneless chicken and slice it into some pieces

In a pan add olive oil then the mushrooms

Once it is golden add the chicken and the corn

Add the spices , 2 cups of the chicken broth and let it cook for 5 minutes in a medium heat

And chicken mix is ready

Add 2 cups of béchamel sauce to the chicken mix (bechamel sauce recipe in my Mac & bechamel recipe )

Add half of the potatoes n the bottom and spread it equally

Add the chicken mix

Then the rest of the potatoes, add the bechamel sauce and cheese, to the oven at 400f until golden

The perfect color, let it cool down for 15 minutes

Corn
Bechamel Sauce ( Made It Before)
Salt
Black Pepper
1 tsp
Curry
1 tsp
Onion Powder

Garlic Powder
1 tsp
Dried Parsley
2 tbsp
Butter
2 tbsp
Olive Oil
1/2 tsp
Turmeric
1 cup
Mushrooms
