Amore Grilled Peppers
Amore Tomato Paste
Amore Garlic Paste
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
Dry White Wine
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1/4 Cup Of Fresh Basil Chopped
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Season chicken breasts with Italian seasoning and place in hot skillet with olive oil.
After 3 minutes, flip. Cook until chicken internal temperature is 165 F. Remove + set on warm plate
Add shallot and prosciutto to the pan and cook until prosciutto is crispy
Add Amore tomato paste and garlic paste and stir and cook for 1 minute
Deglaze the pan with white wine, scraping up any brown bits from the bottom. Add chicken stock.
Add Amore grilled peppers and stir to warm
Add cream, Parmesan and capers and stir to combine.
Add parsley and basil and stir
Add pasta and stir to combine
Slice chicken and place over pasta. Spoon extra sauce over the chicken and serve!
