Creamy Slow Cooker Hot Chocolate
Whisk together warm milk, cream, and vanilla extract in a 4.5 to 6.5 quart slow cooker.
Whisk in cocoa powder and salt (cocoa will not fully dissolve yet).
Whisk in granulated sugar and add semisweet chocolate chips.
Cook on LOW for 2 hours, until the mixture is hot and the chocolate is melted. Whisk every 30 mins.
Stir the hot chocolate before serving each cup. Serve with your favorite toppings.
