Creamy Tomato Parmesan Soup
Chop 1/2 an onion Add to stock pot with 1 tbsp butter and 1 tsp salt Cook 3 minutes on medium-high

Add 2 tbsp minced garlic and cook 1 more minute

Add 3 tbsp flour

Add 1 tbsp EACH parsley, oregano, and basil, stir well to combine.

Add a 28 oz can of diced tomatoes

Add 3 tbsp tomato paste

Add 3 cups chicken broth

Add cheese tortellini

Mix it, mix it real good!

Cover and bring to a boil

Boil 10-12 minutes

Add 1/3 cup 1/2 & 1/2

Add 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper
