Creamy Vegan Caesar Salad

Put half a cup of soaked cashews in a blender & 1/4 cup of water.

Add 4 tbsp nutritional yeast

1 tsp Dijon mustard

3 tbsp olive oil

Juice of half a lemon

Blend until smooth

Chop two Romaine lettuces up, and add chunks of avocado

Pop in a handful of vegan style 'chicken' style pieces

Also add in homemade croutons (or shop bought)

Pour dressing over the salad
