Soak cashews and pistachios or pine nuts for at least one hour in water
Drain and add to processor or blender. Add variety of herbs. I’m using basil, parsley & cilantro!
Pulse until combined!
Add two cloves of garlic, chives and a good dose of olive or avocado oil!
Add salt & pepper to season. Add more olive oil until creamy consistency!
Top with lime zest to brighten up! Serve with bread, fish, chicken, steak, vegetables or as a dip!
