Creme Brûlée Bread Pudding
Melt the butter, brown sugar and maple syrup together

Stir until sugar dissolves

Pour this into base of pan

And layer with bread cubes

Make the custard by melting the butter and sugar into the milk

Once melted, remove from stove

Add eggs and whisk

Pour this milk over the bread

Sprinkle with flaked almonds if you like

Bake at 180C for 30-35 min

Sprinkle with powdered sugar
