Crispy Air Fryer Fish
Mix corn and asparagus cut in 1” pieces with EVOO & salt

Brush fish with mayo

Mix bread crumbs, butter, garlic & herb rub, salt and pepper

Spread crumb mixture over the fish

Place vegetables on 2nd tray

Roast for 9 minutes

Whip lemon juice, EVOO, Dijon mustard, honey, chives and salt

Pour vinaigrette on top
