Crispy Buffalo Chicken Wings
What You’ll Need: Bone-In Chicken Wings

Salt, Pepper, and Baking Powder, Oil (Such As Canola), Buffalo or Barbecue Sauce of Your Choice!

Trim the wings by slicing through the joint

Toss wings with baking powder, salt & pepper. Wait 5 minutes. Then add 1 Tbsp oil and mix.

Lay wings out on Air Fryer tray. Don’t crowd them! They need room for the air to move between wings!

Air Fry for 30 mins, rotating trays halfway through

Crispy wings!! Let cool for a few minutes.

Then into a big bowl to wait for the sauce...

Happy wings, happy life. Now toss them like a pro to mix — or use a PC mix n scraper!

Serve with blue cheese — better than take out — and NO breading and almost NO oil! Yum!
