Crispy Buffalo-Spiced Chicken
Cut potatoes into 1” cubes; boil until tender

Slice carrots diagonally, season & roast at 400° for 20 mins

Snip chives with herb shears

Pat chicken dry; trim fat

Season with salt & pepper

Melt 1 tbsp butter; mix with panko breadcrumbs

Add Frank’s RedHot Seasoning, salt, pepper

Spread sour cream on chicken

Top with panko mixture; put in air fryer

Airfry for 16-18 minutes

Drain potatoes; mash with reserved potato water & butter

Stir in chives

Chicken is done when temperature reaches 165°

Mix blue cheese dressing, sour cream & chives
