Crispy Buttermilk Fried Chicken
What you'll need
Chicken Drumsticks, 4
Buttermilk, 300 ml
Plain Flour, 300g
Salt, to taste
Seasoning
Oil
Start by adding salt and seasoning to the chicken.

Mix the seasoning into the chicken well.

Pour in the buttermilk and make sure it fully coats the chicken.

Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour. (Can also marinate overnight).

Season the flour well. You should be able to see the seasoning.

Make sure the chicken is completely coated in flour.

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken for ~10 minutes.
