Crispy Chicken Fingers With Gravy Dipping
Add poultry seasoning to panko bread crumbs. Dredge the chicken tenders on both sides.

Preheat a pan over medium heat. Add the butter and chicken. Cook for 3 minutes per side.

Once the chicken is golden brown carefully flip. Season with salt. Cook for another 3 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the pan to a foil lined baking sheet and place in the oven at 400 for 10 min

To make the gravy: lower the heat on the pan to low. Remove excess bread crumbs and add the butter.

Add the flour and whisk. Cook for 1 minute.

Add the chicken stock and whisk.

Cook for 3 minutes while whisking. The gravy will become thickened.

Carefully taste for seasoning. Season with black pepper and salt.

Ladle the gravy into your serving dish and serve with crispy chicken.
