Place cod fillets on Deluxe Air Fryer tray. Pat dry. Brush with 1/4 c mayonnaise.

Combine 2 tbsp melted butter, 1/2 c panko, dried parsley, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Top cod fillets with panko mixture. Press down to adhere.

Toss 1 bag of cooked corn, 8 oz trimmed asparagus, salt, and olive oil. Spread on 2nd DAF tray.

Place veggies on bottom and fish on top. Select “roast” and adjust time to 9 mins.

Combine 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1 tsp honey, chives, and salt.

Serve roasted veggies on bottom with vinaigrette and cod fillets on top. Enjoy!
