1 Cup Shredded Coconut
2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
3 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
2 Tbsp Ground Flaxseed
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
1/4 Tsp Pink Salt
2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

Add the rolled oats

Smash up the walnuts!

Hemp hearts in...I added an extra Tbsp

In goes the cinnamon...I love the taste so I added more than the recipe calls for

Recipe calls for 3/4 tsp but I used 1/4 salt

I used a tiny bit more maple syrup than the recipe to make it stickier

Vanilla extract in, & I used avocado oil instead of sunflower

Pour the wet into the dry & mix well

Bake for 90 mins, stirring every 15 mins. Dehydrator option is 115F for 10 hrs or overnight

Once cooled, store in airtight container in fridge. Makes 4 cups
