Crispy Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Gather your ingredients.
Cut ends off of sprouts and slice in half.
Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Place cut side down on baking sheet.
Roast until crispy and brown.
Serve warm with balsamic reduction on the side.
