Crispy Smashed Brussel Sprouts
Take 1 lb of Brussel sprouts and trim off the ends.

Fill a stockpot with water. Add in 1 tbsp of salt. Once the water comes to a boil, add in trimmed brussel sprouts. Cook until tender - 10 mins

Drain the brussel sprouts and plunge into ice bath. Let cool 1 min, then place the brussel sprouts on a layer of paper towels and lightly pat dry.

Place on Stone Bar Pan. Use the base of a 1 Cup Prep Bowl or cup gently but firmly press on each sprout to flatten it into a disk 1/2-inch or so thick

Using the Kitchen Spritzer ,spray olive oil over the smashed brussel sprouts. Grind and sprinkle 1/2 tsp of black pepper and salt on top.

Bake at 425° for 15 mins.

Sprinkle Parmesan over the top, return to the oven & continue baking until they crisp on the outside & the cheese is golden, about 5 to 10 more mins.
