Whisk together onion, garlic, tomato sauce, maple syrup, sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire, liquid smoke and seasonings.

Add sauce to crock pot with the soaked and rinsed beans.

Stir in the cooked and chopped bacon.

Cook on low for 10-12 hours until beans are tender and sauce has thickened.
