Crock Pot Beef Laulau

Rinse lūʻau leaves.

Cut off stems, peel off outer layer, and cut into 1in pieces.

Add water and half of your lū’au leaves to the bottom of a Crock Pot.

Then add beef, Hawaiian salt, and peeled stems.

Cover with the remainder of your leaf.

Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
