Crock Pot Chicken Enchiladas
Trim fat from chicken and place in bottom of crock pot.

Pour in jar of salsa verde.

Cover and set time. Low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.

At 30 minutes remaining remove lid...

... and add cream cheese right on top. Cover and let finish cooking for 30 minutes.

Shred chicken and stir well to combine cream cheese. Do not drain any liquid.
