Crock Pot Paleo Hamburger Soup Recipe
Add cubed sweet potato, onion, sliced carrots, celery, red pepper, & tomato paste to a crock pot

Add two 14.5 oz cans of fire roasted diced tomatoes and 5.5 cups of reduced sodium beef broth

Add Italian seasoning, black pepper, and seas salt. Stir to combine all ingredients.

Cover and cook on high for 3 hours

Once soup has cooked 3 hours, cook the ground beef until no longer pink and drain the excess fat

Add cooked beef to the slow cooker

Transfer 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp of hot broth from crock pot to a bowl. Whisk in tapioca starch til smooth

Add tapioca broth mix back into soup whisking it as your pour the broth mixture

Stir in fresh parsley. Cover and cook another 30-60 minutes until soup has thickened up a bit
