Crock Pot Pear Pumpkin Applesauce
Combine prepared apples, pears and pumpkin in crock pot with lemon juice and cinnamon.

Cover and cook on low for 3 hours and 30 minutes.

Once cooking is complete use an immersion blender or regular blender to blend applesauce.

Add water if necessary to adjust consistency.

Once blended stir well.

Store in airtight container in the refrigerator once cool. Applesauce should be fresh for 1-2 weeks.
