Crockpot Healthy Buffalo Chicken Dip With Cauliflower
Add chicken broth, chicken, and cauliflower to your crockpot and cook on high until chicken is done, about 2-2.5 hours

Once cooked, remove the chicken and place on a plate to cool

Using a slotted spoon, transfer cauliflower to a high power blender, trying to leave as much broth in the slow cooker as you can

Add Buffalo sauce, salt, and pepper to the blender. Blend until smooth, scraping the sides as needed

Drain the broth from the crockpot. Add the cauliflower mixture back in along with cream cheese

Using 2 forks, shred the chicken and add back into the crockpot. Cover and cook 20-30 min until cream cheese is soft

Once cream cheese is soft, stir everything together

Serve with chips
